Token Usage

Tokens are the unit AI models bill in. Every message you send and every answer the assistant writes consumes them, and a longer exchange consumes more.

My Account does not meter you in tokens. It meters you in credits, which roll the token cost of a turn into one figure you can compare across models and providers. There is no Token Usage page in My Account; the page that answers "how much have I used" is Credits & Usage, which shows your balance, your consumption by site, a daily chart and every movement behind it.

Tokens are still counted, and an administrator of your organization can read them per turn, per domain and per user in the Backoffice. If you need the token figure for a specific interaction, ask an administrator rather than looking for it here.
