Appilot is not generally available and has no public sign-up. Accounts are issued by invitation, and the assistant is meant to run against test systems and test data while the beta runs.

Appilot is the platform that adds intelligence to any web app. Under your control, its AI does two things for the people who use it: it helps them operate the app, and it acts on their behalf. As coverage grows, those same interactions also show organizations where users struggle and why.
No changes to your existing application required. Appilot works on top of what you already have.

What Appilot does
Under your control, Appilot's AI does two things for the people who use an app: it helps them operate it (screen-anchored, step-by-step guidance) and it acts on their behalf (executing defined Tools when the user asks). Every response is classified for honesty, and every interaction is logged and auditable.
How Appilot is delivered
Appilot reaches your users two ways, with no change to the host application:

Both share the same intelligence: they understand page context, access the organization's knowledge base, and give grounded answers.
Configuring it
The knowledge, controls, forms and action plans behind both surfaces are the configuration, and you can author it two ways. The Backoffice is the manual path. The other is to connect Appilot to ChatGPT or Claude as a custom connector and configure the app by talking to it: the assistant reads the current configuration, audits it against a health contract, and repairs what it finds. The same connector works in Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and Codex.

Beyond these two delivery surfaces, Appilot includes two management panels: the Backoffice for organization admins to manage knowledge, apps, and domains, and My Account for individual users to manage their profile, preferences, and activity.

Core capabilities
It guides people to operate the app themselves, and it acts on their behalf through capabilities you define. It reads forms, fields, page structure and UI state to understand what the user is doing, and answers from your organization's curated knowledge rather than from the model's memory. Every response is classified for trust, and every interaction is auditable.
Questions it cannot answer are captured as requests, so the gaps in your knowledge arrive as a queue rather than as complaints. PII masking runs before data leaves the browser, each organization's data is isolated, and the AI provider is yours to choose, including one you host yourself.
You author the configuration in the Backoffice, or by connecting Appilot to ChatGPT or Claude and talking to it.
