My Account
My Account is your personal space for managing your relationship with the Appilot AI assistant. It shows your conversation history, what your assistant knows about you, and lets you request new knowledge.
Accessing My Account
- Go to app.appilot.space (or the URL provided by your organization)
- Sign in with your Appilot credentials
- You land on My Assistant, your home screen
You can also reach My Account from the extension or widget by clicking your profile avatar and selecting My Account.
Signing in
Two ways in, and which ones you see depends on how your organization set Appilot up.
Email and password. What you used when you created the account.
Continue with Google. Appears on the sign-in page when your Appilot deployment has Google sign-in switched on. It matches the Google account's email address to your Appilot account, so use the same address you already sign in with and you land in the same place. Google accounts whose email address is not verified cannot be used to sign in.
If your organization uses its own identity provider, you sign in through that instead and never see either of the above. Your administrator gives you the link.
If you forget your password
- On the sign-in page, choose Forgot your password?
- Enter your email address and submit.
- Open the email and follow Reset password.
- Choose a new password of at least 8 characters.
The page names the account the link belongs to, so you can see which address you are setting a password for, and so your browser saves the new password under that account instead of a blank one.
Three things worth knowing before you write to support:
- The confirmation on screen looks the same whether or not an account exists for that address. That is deliberate, so nobody can use the form to find out who has an Appilot account. It also means a typo produces the same message as a success, so check the address if nothing arrives.
- The link expires after one hour and works once. Requesting a second reset invalidates the first link, so always use the most recent email.
- Check your spam folder before asking for another one.
If you were added to an organization by an administrator, your invitation works the same way: the email contains a link that lets you set your first password.
Signed in with Google and never set a password? You can still use Forgot your password? to create one, and then either method works.
My Assistant (Dashboard)
The home page gives you a quick overview of your assistant relationship:
- Assistant status: whether the assistant has been working for you, with the browser extension reported underneath as a separate, neutral line. If you use Appilot only through a widget the site itself embeds, that is a supported way to use it and nothing here asks you to install anything.
- Summary cards: conversations, sites you used the assistant on in the last 90 days, and how many context entries you have saved.
- Recent conversations: your latest conversations, grouped by website.
- What your assistant knows: a preview of the personal context you have saved.

Your profile and your data
Your identity is your name and your email address. The name is the one the rest of My Account greets you by; leave it blank and it stays blank rather than being guessed from your email address.
Active organization lists the organizations you belong to and switches between them. Picking one takes effect for real: the rest of the product reads the new organization from that point on.
Password changes your password from inside the session, which used to be possible only through the signed-out reset link. An account that signs in with Google or through a company identity provider has no password to change and the card says so instead of failing.
Your data carries the two rights the privacy policy promises. Download my data builds a JSON file of everything the account holds: your profile, your saved context, your conversations and the turns inside them, your requests, your notifications and your credit history. It opens with a manifest naming every table it contains and saying where something was left out, so you can tell what you have. Delete my account erases what the account owns and cannot be undone; you confirm with your password, or, if you sign in with Google or through your company, by typing your own email address.
An administrator of an organization sees a last card, Organization, which deletes the organization and everything under it. Members keep their own accounts and lose their membership there.
